Accommodation

This well equipped villa offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and is decorated to a high standard with quality furniture.

There are 3 bedrooms, to sleep 6, all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. The two other bedrooms have two single beds in each. There is an electric blanket (master bed) and hot water bottles for winter holidays. The family bathroom is well appointed, with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. There is also a cot, with bedding, available for babies, a highchair, toilet step and potty.

All bed linen, bath towel and pool towels are provided. A hairdryer is also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktop, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and a full selection of utensils. There is a washing machine in the garage. The dining room consists of a large dining table and 8 leather chairs and over head ceiling fan.

There is a large lounge with three leather settees and two small coffee tables. To entertain you there is a 32” LCD satellite TV with a DVD player. There is also a CD player and an Ipod docking station. There is a large selection of DVD’s, books and games. For the more adventurous there is a trampoline and 3 bikes.

Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace which offers an outdoor eating area and comfortable seating for those balmy evenings with a glass of local wine and enjoy the views and the sunsets. There are sun loungers to relax by the 10 x 5 meter pool, with plenty of pool toys. The garden has been partially graveled but is a “work in progress”.

The terrace overlooks the 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps and shower area. There are sun loungers and parasols beside the pool. A large trampoline with safety nets provides great fun for all, and there are badminton racquets and a football if you feel the need to burn off some energy.
